dc.description.abstractThis thesis took place in the Fundación Universitaria Panamericana. The population were the students of Licenciatura en Pedagógia Infantil of first and fifth semester, who were divide in two groups, the first semester students were language and the fifth semester were language and pedagogy; the found problem was the students' insecurity and frustration while giving and English class because of their low English level. It did not let them to make an effective class. The problematic was verify through interviews and observations. Taking into account the discovered issues, the researches implemented a proposal based on a board game called AMA, it was supported in the Game Based Learning, Non-digital Game Based Learning and cooperative learning theories; the objective of the board game was to teach vocabulary and improve the speaking and listening skills. According to the results, the game AMA had good effects on the strengthening of the speaking and listening skills, the vocabulary learning and the English class achievement.spa
