For the next research project addressed key concepts related to transport users with extra packages dimensioned, the optimal routes, maps, definitions, functionality and benefits of the sae information systems operator. It seeks to analyze as the transport of users with extra packages dimensioned in TransMilenio S.A. benefits the mass transportation system of Bogota and the impact it will have this service a logistical level, environmental, social and economic. In the development of this research were analyzed the variables that affect the transport of cargo as it is the norms, the state of the road, and the community in general, this in order to be able to define the optimal routes rightly that will improve the transport of extra packages dimensioned and that currently apply the companies dedicated to this activity.
